Alignment: Yuuyake is a good guy, Altough Yuuyakes mind is messed up from childhood..Hes having trouble being outside during nights, he goes crazy after seeing the moon and goes on a rampage.
Appearence: (Working on Picture) He got Dark Blue/Black Long hair thats Spiky in the back like most Uchihas, The hair tend to slowly fade to Deep Blue at the edges. Yuuyake got 2 scars in his face, making an "X"
Hes often wearing a black cloak with a hood to hide himself and protect himself from looking at the Moon.

Personality:
History: Yuuyake was born one night during the fullmoon, His father was on a mission and came back to Yuuyakes mother, in hope of seeing his baby. Yuuyake was very weak and near death because of a large loss of chakra. His dad, very beat after the mission sealed away his own power to Yuuyake, but Yuuyake keep consuming the Chakra like a vampire and his father had to kill himself to save his baby. Yuuyake got hyper and screamed. Lather when Yuuyake was 7, his mother got killed.
Thats when Yuuyake discovered his Moon rampage. He chased after the Ninjas that killed his mother but they got away. Yuuyake crying nonstop then looked at the moon and went berserking and injured some other kids on the street. Afterwards when he stopped, he faints and doesnt remember anything or atleast doesnt remember that much of it.
He is living alone in his parents house hiding. Some people called him monster, and alot of people were mean against him. All this gave Yuuyake split personality. One side being calm, full of hate and mostly quiet, One side being short tempered, Unaware of Events and...Retarded.
Whenever he looks at the moon he goes into a rampage like said. then when he wakes up he changes personality to the other one.

Yuuyake mainly uses genjutsu with moon illusions and water reflections. In his calm state he can only use some weak Water ninjutsu and some lower genjutsu spells. In his Retarded state he mostly uses his own strenght, and covers his body in water, unaffective in day time but gives some advantages. If moon is up but he doesnt look at it his genjutsu is greatly improved. When hes in his moon rage Yuuyake cant use genjutsu at all, but he can control water with his hands, but it mostly backfires since he got no control whatsoever.
