Aoi Otahu was born and raised in the leaf village, he live there til he was about 12. It was after he passed the gennin exam, and ordered onto a team, that he was forced to leave and join the akatsuki with his father. Even though they were never a famous clan the Otahu's were gifted with a strange kekegenkai, they can control vines,ropes,chains, etc. with less chacra than a jutsu (sry this is my way of asking). Aoi's skill with the kekegenkai was limited but better than most of his clan, that is until he showed up. Chris "kiba" Diromingaru the self proclaimed "demon Wolf" of suna,stole most of his kekegenkai and now it takes a lot of energy to control. (I feel bad that I can't change that last part or else my friend will be super mad) WARNING: My charictor is as big of a perv as Jariah!
