When Yume was just a boy, he was trapped in a genjutsu that broke his mind. He met a man called Lee and his wife, Sora. He learned to love turkeys and spandex from them. He was treated like their own son, seeing as how Lee was sterile and couldn't have kids.

Yume signed the turkey summoning contract and learned a jutsu of Lee's, Ura Renge. After going to the Academy, Yume eventually left home and became the Nidaime Otokage, Eki's apprentice. He learned nothing from him and after he became a chunin, Eki became a missing-nin.

Yume remained a chunin and eventually became the Nidaime Hokage, after Hazirami. He made lots of new friends, namely an Uchiha Eki, Inuzuka Bao, and an enimga named Anti.

He made a kinjutsu named, Mukaji. While recording the kinjutsu in the Forbidden Scroll, he discovered another jutsu, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, and it's variant, Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.

He eventually recovered his memory when he activated his Sharingan. Yume followed the path all Uchiha eventually follow and attacked his good friend Anti to gain the Mangekyo Sharingan.

That was merely a shortened version of Yume's life... now here comes the true version...

When Yume was young, no more then five or six, he wandered too far away from his clan, the Uchiha compound. He found a young turkey chick and played with it for a while. He saw a shadow hanging over him and turned around. He saw a large man, a ninja from Kumo, if his headband was correct, standing over him. “Hewo mister! Do yu wanna play wit me?”

The man chuckled and said, “No, I’m here to take you to Kumo, we want your eyes!”

“My I’s?” The man nodded and cast a genjutsu on Yume.

Everything went black as Yume vision faded to dreamland. ‘Heh, too easy’ the man thought and ran off.

In Yume’s dreams he saw everyone he knew back in the Uchiha compound.

“Uncle Sawske!” Yume yelled and ran to Sasuke, or at least tried to. It seemed, that no matter how much Yume tried, he couldn’t get any closer to his uncle. Yume stopped running when he saw something behind his uncle. “UNCLE SAWSKE! LOOK OUT!”

Sasuke turned around only to have his head cleaved off. Yume’s eyes widened at the sight as the shadow of a man swept through the compound, killing all in sight. When the roads were covered in blood and the walls painted in it, the shadow looked towards Yume with blood red eyes with a black shuriken spinning slowly in the center of it.

Yume wanted to run, but found that his feet wouldn’t move. The shadow stepped closer, inching his way to Yume, delicately licking the blood off of it’s sword. When the shadow finally reached Yume, Yume gazed in horror at the red-haired young man gazing down at him with cold Mangekyo Sharingan eyes.

Yume let loose a terrified scream as his legs finally listened to his mind, and ran as fast as he could away from the cold-blooded murderer. As he ran, he heard a whispery voice in his ear, saying “Run little Yume… run from your future… but you can never outrun it, it will catch you, and you will KILL!”

Yume felt cold steel punch through his little body and was lifted up by the blade. Yume, terrified, looked into his older self’s Mangekyo Sharingan. “Run run run, as fast as you can, you will kill… and you will like it!”

As Yume struggled to return to the waking world, he heard sounds of a battle. Fearing still his dream, he ran off, unnoticed by the Uchiha shinobi nor the Kumo shinobi.

Yume ran long and hard before collapsing at the base of a tree. “I will not be that… I will not be that… I will not be that…” He repeated to himself until he put himself under a self-hypnosis and fell into a deep sleep.
