prolly epic to really epic

a leisurely stroll?!

I awake in th emoring huddled close by the fire and realise it must have been a cold night lastnight. You see i am a rogue ninja although i havent actually been exiled. i technically am still an academy student but think of it as distance education. every now and then i return to my village but mostly i live by myself of the land in the forest or wherever the land takes me. i prefer the water tho. you see i am a ninja from the village hidden in the mist and so i obviously mostly have water tecniques. so it kinda makes sense why i like water.

well now that you know who i am i can continue on with my days events. i am not an overlypowerful ninja considering im still only in school but i am sorta known for my strength over other people my age. im no where near as strong as some of the others ive seen. i once walked past gaara while he was doing his chuunin exams and the one thought that kept running through my mind was " i dont want to get on the wrong side of him" and after that all i want to do is become the strongest ninja ever.

well my day mainly started with me hunting for some breakfast. i ran around looking for something to eat when i came across a stream. i walked up to its edge and peered in looking for one thing. then i saw it. fish. i was eating well today. i decided to use it as practice. i walked into the stream as carefully as i could without interupting the fish. i got close enough to grab it and i prepared myself. i wound up and just as i went to grab it the damn thing swam off. i chased it down stream throwing everything i had at it. kunai, stars and even some needles but i missed the bastard. i noticed down stream some rocks and i chased it forward. it hit the rocks and turned to double back. as it went between my legs i caught it. "ha ha silly fish i have finally caught you" i cried defiantly.

i returned to my fire and started to cook it up. all of a sudden i hear a small rustle in the bushes. i reach for my kunai but then i remember using them all. damn it i think to myself. i am so stupid. i try to act as if nothing is there to try to lure it to me. bu tthen only silence. deathly silence. the type you hear before you die. a weird smell on the air. like fish and rotten animals. i can feel this hot breath on my neck. my eyes widen and i try to focu smy hearing. i can hear it backing up. the leaves rustle and i dodge to the right. im on my back and what do i see?

a large roughed up dog is laying there, on the ground, after missing me it stumbled. i am scared. i cant get a grip of the ground as the beast gets back up and wheels around. it snarls at its defeat. but it hasnt given up. it stops trying to be silent and i can see it tensing all of its muscles now. it bares it teeth as if in anger and i can hear a growl rise from with in its throat. i crawl backwards trying to find a hold to get up or sumthing to use. i look behind the dog and see my sword on the ground behind it.

i hit something. i backed into a tree and i slowly use it to get up. meanwhile the wolf forever walks upon me. i am up to my feet now and i realise i need my sword. but i cant see a way around the wolf. i try my seals. but i mess it up. i try again but it doesnt work. i look around. there is no water and so im only wasting chakra. im really scared now.

i think for a while. i crouch down a little. and wait for my death to come. the wolf edges closer and all of it smuscles tense. the beast leaps and bares it fangs. i lay flat just before it hits me and roll out of the way of its falling body. it hits the tree and falls whimpering. bu tit is not hurt. merely stunned. i grab my sword and just start running. i hope im running in the right direction. i can hear the beast gaining on me. i can hear its howls and its long drawn out breaths. the beast tires but not nearly as tired as i am.

i see my destination and jump for my life. if i can just reach it. the stream where i was fishing before. i am in mid air above the stream when the wolf collides with me. it knocks me of balance and i land in the stream. it was deeper than i thought and i am fully submerged. the wolf is trying to correct itself in the water when i do it. i get the seals right. a slow rolling fog covers the top of the the stream. the fog thickens and keeps thickening. i complete another seal allowing me to see more clearly. my eyes glow a faint red and the image around me sharpens. i see the wolf reach shore and turn to strike. it can still smell and hear me but that will not be enough.

i draw my sword slowly not to alarm the beast. oh crap it heard me. i see its ears sharpen and its nose twitch. it growls so i decide to end this now. i prepare myself for its strike. it pounces in the air. i swing back and leap towards it. i start swinging and i feel my blade collide with it. i hear the thud of its body on the ground and i hear the splashing of liquid on liquid. i have won. i managed to behead the wolf. i drag its body back to my fire.

i sit down and nurse my wounds. only a few cuts and bruises. i clean my sword and put it away. i ensur eit is strapped to my back before i continue on with my feast. not bad for a days adventure i think to myself.

i guess its time for another chapter

Return Home.

a few days have passed since the incident with the wolf and im hoping to put ti all behind me. i decided to head back to my home village for some medical treatment. one of my cuts from the battle has gotten infected and it is starting to hurt. i am trecking through the forrest in the direction of the village hidden in the mist and i can tell im getting fairly close. i can see a small mist beginning to fog the air. i start to see torn up trees and more and more discarded ninja tools.

i just keep walking keeping to myself. in this village you can't tell when somebody is watching, waiting for you to mess up. even with the slight fog i can see the village on the horizon. i can hear the normal bustling sound sof the children and the adults doing there shopping and playing around. i break into a run and start for the village in excitement. whenever i return to my ninja academy i try to learn a new jutsu and today i feel lucky about it. i keep running but then stop.

my legs is still infected and it hurts. i stop my running and walk to the medical centre in town. as im walking i can see some of my other friends. if thats what you can call them. i guess i just liked the way they would always agree to fight me. i know that if they see me they will try to fight so i continue on. i can see the medical centre up ahead.

i reach the door and as i open it i can see alot of hurt people and alot of moaning and wailling. it seems a squad of ninjas was found by a rogue. im glad i didnt find any rpgues while i was out. i'd hate to be like any of these people. i walk to the counter and ring the bell. a pretty woman comes to the counter and looks at me. i try to speak but all i can do is stutter. she takes a look at me and asks," what is it that you need?"
i look at her and then remember myself. i pull up my shorts and point tot the swollen red scar on my leg. "it is infected miss", i reply.

she leaves the room and come sback with a syringe and some pills. "here we can clear this up righ tnow".
she injects the syringe then cleans up my wound and hands me the pills.
"only 2 a day ok, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.", she explains.

i nod, she smiles and i leave the centre. now back to business. i keep running towards the ninja academy and i can see it coming over the hill. i run even faster and faster in excitement. i slow down as my leg starts to hurt again. but thats ok im nearly there. i reach the building and throw open the door. i walk inside and walk to where my class is.

i reach the door and pause. i slowly open the door and peer inside. everybody i slooking at me. especially the teacher. but he smiles and greets me in. he seats me down and gives me a piece of paper. i look at it. "transformation jutsu", is its title. i'm not too fond of transformation as it can be hard. but i feel i can get it today. the teacher explains more of the tecnique and i listen. i already know most of this.

he calls each student up one by one. they all pass although some of the things they turned into was quite funny. one of the kids messed up their first one and it ended up as a mottled heap on the floor. it gets to my turn and i walk upto the front of the class. the teacher tells me to become a clone of him. i focus my chakra. i can feel it inside of me. i perform the seals and think of my teacher. there is a large puff of smoke and everybody gasps at me. i look down. i'm naked!

i screwed up the transformation and lost my clothes. everyone starts laughing and i get all embarrased. they keep laughing and i am angry. i wish they would stop laughing. i look up. the teacher is laughing most of all. i am really angry now. i increase my chakra to its maximum flow. and perform the seals. a huge puff of smoke and all i can hear is a kid screaming. i look around. i dont feel right. i look down. my hand is a ragged blood stained paw. i turn to a mirror in the class and see what has happened. i transformed into a angry, wild wolf covered in blood from a recent kill. i turn and growl at everyone. the students back up. i feel rewarded for my effort. i dont see them laughing now. i rear up and howl. they cower in the corner.

i turn to my teacher and smile. he knows im still in there. he smiles back and i run out the door. i run into the village and keep running. i run through the village and some of the people jump back. i keep running and dissapear into the misty forrest. all you can hear from the village is a long howl and a growl then silence. i keep running then hide behind a tree. i release my jutsu and my clothes are back.

im glad that is over and i now know my tansformation better. and i cant wait to try it out more. but for now i need rest. i drained alot of my chakra with that last move and i am exausted. i keep walking into the abyss of the forrest. i find a nice spot and settle down for rest. i start a fire and pull out my bed. i break some bread and start eating. i finish eating and i can feel my head start to drift. i let my eyes close and i fall into a deep sleep.
