Each week, if you have not posted anything, you will be deducted 2 levels, and removed 1 point each stat. A week is exactly 420 hours

Put their name on the subject, and on the body, the link to the post they should have replied to.

Reporters receive 500exp for each Ninja they report being lazy in their duties.
