Advanced Elemental Affinity

Ways of getting it.
1) By a Special Bloodline that grants it.
2) By a Special B-rank Mission that can only be done Once.

B-rank Mission
Requirements to go on this Mission.
a)If you are part of a Villiage, Jonin Rank, If you are a wandering Nin Level 31
b)Have two Elemental Affinities within a 5 Point Difference
c)Have two separate Elemental Jutsus

Mission Description:
After having progress so far from learn other's Jutsu you decide that it is time to learn something that few know. You need to RP about going to a secluded place and trying to combine the two base elements together. You should use the two elemental Jutsu you know to accomplish this. This mission in itself will not create a new Jutsu. This is a role-playing item, so this should be well though-out and structured. You can use random roll for the Jutsu if you wish to add that element but it will be based of of you experience and your description of events and how you figured it out. Plagiarism is highly discouraged and will result in immediate loss of one Level and banning from ever taking this or similar Mission again.

To figure out your Advanced Elemental Affinity, it eqauls the Lowest Affinity of the Two. You must keep the two Affinities within 5 points of each other, else you lose access to the Advanced Element and the Jutsus that require it until this is fixed. A fault on your placing you nature points does not mean that they will be changed, so please be careful when doing them.

If you are granted this in a bloodline then you do not have to keep your affinities within 5 of each other, you just need to meet the requirements of the Jutsu.
