be lvl 30 and take another exam, after that at lvl 50 with a group of people that are jounin or above and are in any of the original naruto villages you can attempt to take a test as a sanin

That mean I cannot become a Sannin. But what is the point if I am Kage? Maybe it will be good when I am not Kage anymore. By the time I am going to leave my Makikage position, I should be almost level 50.

I thought the Makikage would be a better position. I wanted to join the Akatsuki but I wanted to keep a balance of power. If I would have joined, the Akatsuki would have all the three strongest people on their side.
