I'll tell you:
make a character and make sure it gts approved (pm an admin, person with green names to speed it up, preferably NarutoReincarnate lol)
go to academy and post for something like" want to become genin" and take the test, if you pass, pm an admin about the experience and added points and that you passed the genin test( Kairai Eki, preferably)
then post in sensei "want a sensei" or something this one takes a long time to do, but if you get one, train to level 10, or just get to level 10 in the trial of gods. then wait for the chunin exams. if you pass, the forum is your oyster!( you can do anything after that, keep leveling up and rtaining. etc.)
