I am really getting fed up of people making blood lines and they do not have the ability to make one.
I suggest before we go making new blood lines we should create the real bloodlines.Eg: Body expansion.
I also think bloodlines should be a random give out and not by choice,The bloodline should be given out by admins, the admins will choose people who deserve it. The admin will give a blood line most suiting the characters stats and history.You will be only able to make a blood line if your a S.Jonin and if you are makeing one it must be realistic and you must get permission from the head admin.But you will be able to join a clan later on, if your joining a clan you also must be a genin an the clan leader will have to accept you, only then will you get the clans bloodline.

Well, the Random Give out Idea may dampen some of the players spirits of being original. I understand what you're saying and although I agree I disagree... Due to the fact that if someone wants to create a bloodline and are awarded one... will they be stuck with that one rather then create a new one when they are a S.Jounin? Due to some of the different Bloodlines found in the Naruto Universe, some OLDER players (I mean people who have been here for a long time) will be able to start clans of either older and canon or their own clans correct? And then accept new clan Genin's for the purpose of expanding the clan? Well if that were to be created a clan Limit would have to be placed so we don't have everyone applying for the Uchiha clan and not something like the Bone Manipulation...

If you can understand what I am saying then thats good... in short, the ideas are good but you need to take the problems into consideration such as the overwhelming of one clan (Why Clan Populations need to be limited.)

Clan Creations: Other Admins and Moderators also are needed to review the bloodline or other "request" Made by the users. At least three would cover the mistakes and things that may have been overlooked and avoid favourtism.

Game Expansion: When the game expands you don't expect everyone to be apart of Konoha, some will go to the Hidden Mist, Hidden Sand, Hidden Rain, Hidden Cloud, Ect. Some Bloodlines are VILLAGE based, and must be taken into consideration for Canon Bloodlines.
