I wanted to speak with you first to gather your own thoughts.

I suggest that we either add a seperate section of the character sheet called Jutsu or we change the 'equipped jutsu' to 'Jutsu'. AND then in my opinion we should give the players more freedom of choice and allow them to use more than 5 or so different jutsu in battle.

Of course i understand that Genin should only have a certain amount of jutsu but then why should the limit on jutsu be linked to the ranking system? We should go by levels when talking about the limit of jutsu;

As you could have a level 30 genin who would only have five jutsu. That wouldn't make sense now would it?

In Role Play, you can use any jutsu, as long as your character is practically capable of it, or then it would just be too ugly to play.

Limits for jutsu use is only for Roll Players that need to think of how each of their limited jutsus would interact and combined with his other jutsus.

If you were a higher rank, in Roll Play, you would be allowed to learn more.

maybe it should depend on the level they have like
5 jutsu level 5
10 jutsu level 15
like that.
