 Elemental Battle Field to Effectiveness

Applying only on Roll Game Platform.

If players find themselves fighting close to an elemental source, their jutsus and natures become affected.

Example:

"ITS RAINING"

Water element have plus twenty (+20) on their nature types.

How jutsus are affected.

* Name: Water Release: Bullet Technique (水遁・鉄砲玉, Suiton: Teppōdama no Jutsu; English TV "Water Style: Liquid Bullet")
* Type: C-rank, Offensive, All ranges[1]
* Effect: Damage target with Strength divided by two and multiplied by Water Element level divided by 5.
* Requirement: Wat:10. Random Roll Speed, result must be over 10.

If user has stats:

Atk: 23
Def: 14
Spd: 46
JP: 38
HSK: 29

Lig: 5
Win: 5
Wat: 28+20
Ear: 5
Fir: 70

So by using this jutsu, if it is successful, rather than just landing only 5 strikes, he'd land +4 more being 9... 48 divided by 5 is 9 rounded out.

Just a sample on how jutsus can get enhanced by battle field element.

what about taijutsu,

check this out:


Name: Leaf Whirl Wind
Description: this technique involves a powerful leap forward followed by a spinning kick with both legs in succession, the second kick being aimed lower in case the intended target ducks the first.
Activation Requirement: Can only be used after opponent uses an evasion technique, like Bunshin no Jutsu or Smokebomb. Random Roll Speed, result must be more than 10.
Activation Cost: 5 Chakra
Calculation: Damage target three times your current strength level. If random roll results more than 15, you may use another jutsu in tandem with this one. Use the 2nd jutsu as if the target is stunned.

when you spin you make a ring of water around you (you basically just gave taijutsu an element, also an attack boost)

+10 on the stat you random rolled eg i random rolled speed to get jutsu, i add 10 to speed.

How about each of the subelements?

FOREST would give +5 EARTH and +5 WATER.
TUNDRA would give +5 WIND and +5 WATER.
VOLCANO would give +5 FIRE and +5 EARTH.
DESERT would give +5 WIND and +5 EARTH.
etc
etc

Aig, I'm not sure about this idea. I can see where you got the idea from but i don't see how it's always the case especially with all of the elements jutsu. Like the one you stated 'Water Style: Liquid Bullet' how is that even effected by the weather xD It may be affected but not by much. I guess if it was warmer then water style stuff may be weaker due to evapouration and etc. When its raining it could have a larger mass and become a bigger body of water.

If you are going to incorporate this into the game then you have to take into consideration a decrease in the effectiveness of other elements.

The environment stuff wouldn't apply all the time because if you think about it a village might not experience all of those different things. e.g Konoha might not experience any type of Snow.

Nope. The players should have decision of where they begin their fight. This will allow the players to chose more intelligent battlegrounds and change the way battles play out. Even when rping, Players characters might not be used to the terrain and weather conditions. In this case, players will have more to talk about so in effect then the rping level of the forum should be raised.

Well... that could be an aspect... if you choose to fight at the Valley of the End, your going to naturally have a water advantage. It having a waterfall.

RR 5/3 would only come to play if the players agree. And its definitely exclusive for Random Roll players. As I said on my first message "Applying only on Roll Game Platform."

We could also introduce jutsus that actually change the nature of the fields... from one nature to another... many things could be brainstormed out of this... Keep thinking.

For now, I personally would like to focus on Player Activity Policy.

That does make sense. Kind of like when that ninja absorbs the properties of stone to use his copied version of Gaara's sand coffin but instead of changing themselves changing the arena itself. Although Aig, this would have to use alot of chakra in reality.

Hmm...what if the player uses a genjutsu on their oppenent that makes them think that the environment has changed? Does it effect the enemies jutsu but only for a while?

If your going to introduce terrain change jutsus you should allow us to use more jutsus because people might most likely think that getting does will be a waste of space. jutsu
