For anyone that provides Referee service to fights, he/she will have 60% of the total exp earned by both players.

Example:

Player one wins and gets 300exp
Player two looses and gets 40exp

Referee gets 340x60%(.6)=204exp (if decimal, rounded to the nearest ones)

Its not hard, but its time consuming and we need dedicated ones.

This may or may not be the only bit of help I give.

Hire permanent referees to watch over battles. Keep Refwards at 10% initially, and as refs stay dedicated to their work, slowly give them raises, like +5% per fortnight.

Or we can trade a staff position with mod powers and call it a referee, and actually demote people when they don't reff.

and basically when a mod gets to like 50% exp gain he will be turned into a s. Mod depending on how many smods there are already as an smod u start off at like 55% and when u get 75% you become an admin and as an admin you get 90% for doing that being max 90%

I agree, its too easy... but if we dont give an incentive large enough, they wouldnt bother to do it. So I thought 60% of total exp earned from the battle was sufficient. Anyway, its still up for approval.

I have other things in mind for Mods. But I will concede to your logic. I was planning to give mods responsibility for keeping the game running. I will be listing a roster of responsibilities for the approval of the Admin soon.

i think you should give about 50 percent because it can also be stressful, look at this topic and see how stressed Aigoro is.

Sorry Lee but i must disagree with you. I believe that they should get a bonus but not to the degree of 50%. I suggest something like 20-40%

didnt I say 60%? Anyway, since Eki aint around, I would give 60% so people would actually want to do it.

I guess...Although its wrong that people would want to do it, for the exp rather than helping out a fellow player.
