After Kakashi gained Sharingan eye, why didnt the Uchiha take it back?

I mean, if it was so much of a secret, why didnt they reprimand and demand that the eye be removed... since Kakashi isnt of the Uchiha blood line... Isnt the entire concept of 'secret clan jutsus' are to keep those secrets within the clan?

I think that it was because it was during wartime they were overruled by either Sarutobi or the Council and once the war was over, he had too much clout for them to do much of anything.

Remember, Konoha is primarily a military village, any advantage they can get they will take, and another Sharingan user is a big asset during a war.

Yume, but still, A secret, more so, Bloodline jutsu, would be strongly protected by the clan involved. Would they have allowed it if they thought Kakashi would murder them rather than Itachi?

What, Uchiha family didnt bother to check if Obito was complete under that rock? I mean, if jutsus were that secret, I would think they should have...

There would still be a little info left that Obito is still alive I mean no one ever saw him dead but they only saw him crushed under the rocks.When Kabuto fought Madara he showed Madara a coffin which Madara was scared off...I was thinking maybe the Madara who is manipulating Sasuke is in Obito's body err or the one in the coffin is the real Uchiha Madara

The person in the Coffin should be Madara's brother... for him to react like that. Anyway, that still doesnt explain why the Uchiha would consider Obito dead if they didnt actually see the body.
