Yin and Yang are not really included in the Skill Ranks. Which is why Taijutsu and Genjutsu have their own Skill Ranks.

Neither do any of the other techniques that lack an element name. They lack it because there IS NO element in them.

They're a simple Ninpou (Ninja Technique), otherwise the Rasengan would have been completed long ago, since, by your standards, it would have to be either Yin or Yang chakra, thus adding a nature to it.

According to the Second Mizukage, genjutsu fittingly falls under the broad category of Yin Release.
