Effect:The user takes no damage or status problems for 3 battle cycles.If the user is trapped by a jutsu he can use this to free himself,this effect is -1 battle cycle.

Name: Gōkakyu no Jutsu or fire style fireball jutsu
Activation Requirement: Fir:15, Random roll Speed. Result must be 15 or more to successfully use.
Activation Cost: 15 Chakra
Effect:Damage target equal to Fire Level added by Speed Level,multiplied by 2

Name:Kagebunshin no Jutsu
Exclusive to: Konoha + Iwa
Activation Cost: 25 per clone
Requirement: RR Jutsu Power; Result must be 20 or more, if over 40 the user makes two for the same chakra cost.
Effect: Creats a copy of the user with 1/4 users health, half users chakra and the abillity to use jutsu. you can target the clone or user as you wish. Clones stats are 1/2 of users

Name of Jutsu: Magen • Jubaku Satsu - Demonic Illusion • Tree Binding Death
Chakra Cost: 30
Activation: RR Jutsu Power. Result must be 25 or more.
Effect: The user counters any attacks (Regardless of type of Jutsu). The countered opponent will take damage equal to the users Jutsu power multiplied by 3 and is stunned for 2 turns.
Weakness: Can only be countered by clones or RRing speed and jutsu power. Result must be both 20 or higher.

Name of Jutsu: Magen•Kyouten Chiten-Demonic Illusion•Mirror Heaven and Earth Change
Chakra Cost: Equal Chkra cost of the countered genjutsu.
Requirement: Sharingan Level Three must be active.
Activation: RR Jutsu Power and Speed. both results must be 20.
Effect: The attacking opponent's genjutsu is used to him instead of the user.
Note: can only be countered by RRing speed and jutsu power. result must be both 30. It will also cost 20 Chakras.

Name of Jutsu: Katon: Gōryūka no Jutsu / Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique / Fire Style: Great Dragon Flame Jutsu

Activation: Random Roll Attack, result must be 20 or more
Effect: Damage equal to (Fire Affinity + Jutsu) x 3 for damage.

Name of Jutsu: Chidori Eiso / One Thousand Birds Sharp Spear / Chidori Sharp Spear

Exclusive to: None
Requirements: Lightning Affinity: 15 ; Parent Jutsu: Chidori
Activation: Random Roll Speed, must be 30 or more
Effect: Damage the target equal to Jutsu added to Lightning Affinity and Speed, If Roll is 40 or more, target is stunned for 2 turns. If Sharingan Eye is not active before using this jutsu, Half damage will be dealt to the user as well.

Name of Jutsu: Summoning: Rashomon

Exclusive to: None
Requirements: None
Activation: Random Roll HandSealKnowlege, result must be 10 or more
Effect: summons a wall that can be re summoned as long as its health is = 10 WallHP=HSKx10

Name:Sword Barrage
Chakra Requirement: Sword Type Weapon must be equipped.Random roll Speed. Result must be 10 or more to successfully use.
Chakra Cost: 15 Chakra
Effect:Damage target equal to users Atk plus Speed multiplied by 2.

Name: Copy Jutsu
Description: The user copies the jutsu the opponent used.
Activation Requirement: Sharingan Level 2 must be activated.The user needs to have the same requirements for the jutsu.
Activation Cost:depending on the jutsu copied
Effect:The user copies the jutsu the opponent used in the last turns and use it against them
Note:Copied Jutsu can be replaced with equipped jutsu as long as you meet the requirements.can only copy ninjutsu and taijutsu.

Name: Temporary Paralysis Technique
Activation Requirement: Random Roll Jutsu Power. Result must be 5 or more to successfully use.
Activation Cost: 5 Chakra
Effect: Target is paralyzed for 1 turn. If RR is over 10, stun for 2.

Name of Jutsu: KI
Type of Jutsu: Permanent
Chakra Cost: None
Effect: Stun on next turn
Requirements: Both sides roll 10, if the user rolls a higher number than the defender, the defender is paralyzed in fear.
Note: Must be repeated each round to continue, this jutsu can be used in conjunction with other jutsu.
Limitations: May only be used X amount of times in a match.

Name of Jutsu: Amaterasu
Chakra Cost: 45
Exclusive to: Uchiha Clan
Requirements: Mangekyo Sharingan must be active.
Activation: Random Roll Jutsu, Result of 20 or more.
Effect: Damage target equal to Fire Affinity multiplied by Jutsu. This jutsu can hit multiple targets. User take 2 times Level of damage if successful.

Name of Jutsu: Tsukuyomi
Chakra Cost: 45
Exclusive to: Uchiha Clan
Requirements: Mangekyo Sharingan must be active.
Activation: Random Roll Jutsu, Result of 30 or more
Effect: Target is stuned for 3 turns. Damage target every turn equal to (Jutsu/2) times User's Level. User can not move while target is stuned. Target rolls speed, result must be more than half the opponents speed to dodge this Genjutsu.
Note:The Target cannot dodge this except by rolling his speed. User Loses 25% of chakra of Chakra if this Jutsu is used successfully.

Description:The user grows a pair of Dark wings from his back which gives the user increased power and the ability to Fly.The wings give him a more murderous aura and looks too powerful.This Ability is forbidden and can only be used by Uchiha Amnael.
Effect:Doubles the users stats,Hp and chakra.(Maximum)
Flight-The User can only be targeted by Mid/Far range Jutsu.
Note:The user loses 40 Hp per turn after activation but stops when HP limit turns to 200 or below.The user can no longer revert back to normal until after the battle.

Summons
Name:Susanoo
Description:Susanoo is a technique that creates a spiritual being resembling a yamabushi. It is the third ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, along with Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, and according to Madara Uchiha, for a Sharingan user to activate the Susanoo is a rarity. Like the the other techniques granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, the user is strained while using Susanoo because they must act as a medium for the spirit, allowing it to consume their life force energy. Sasuke describes it as feeling pain in every cell in one's body, and while Itachi was close to death, it slowly deteriorated. Both Itachi and Sasuke are able to summon the spirit, though they differ in appearance. They both begin by forming a large skeleton with muscle tissue around the user. It acts as armor for the user and it is capable of regenerating as long as the user has the energy to spare.
Requirement:M.Sharingan Must be active.RR HSK result must be 30 or more.

Effect:The User summons Susanoo to help in battle.
Note:The User gets damage equal to Three times Level done to Hp if the Summoning is successfully used.

Description: Summons Devilz to assist Amnael in battle.This Summon can be leveled up,This summon gains 25% experienced gained by summoner when it is summoned into the field.

Effect:Summons Uchiha Devilz to the Field.

Activation: Random Roll Speed, result must be 5 or more.
Effect: Divide your Attack by 5. The result is the number of times you are able to random roll your speed. A successful roll result is defined as being more than the opponents defense divided by 2. Damage target the number of successful results added together.

Name of Jutsu: Projectile Weapon Throw
Chakra Cost: 5
Activation: Random Roll Speed, result must be 5 or more.
Effect: Divide current users Speed by 5. Result is the number of times you are able to random roll current users speed. Successful roll result is more than half of opponents speed. Depending on the result of RR, multiply successful roll results by the current users Strength level. That will be the damage caused to the target of this jutsu.

Name of Jutsu: Kawarimi no Jutsu / Body Replacement Technique / Substitution Jutsu
Chakra Cost: 5
Activation: Random Roll Speed, result of 10 or more.
Effect: Negate previous attack.(delaying the jutsu in action)

Name of Jutsu: Earth Style Barrier: Earth Dome Prison

Activation Requirement: Random Roll Jutsu, result of 15 or more
Effect: Target is unable to deal damage for three turns. If roll is 25 or more, Target will be unable to move 6 turns. For each turn target is in the jutsu, users chakra will be reduced by 5 and the target loses 5 health. Target will not incur any other damage.

Effect: Removes the tailed beast from jinchūriki (the process seems to be quite agonizing to the host). In the case of an unsealed tailed beast, the same thing happened to the beast itself, and still took as much time as if it were sealed. After the process was complete, the beast was sealed within the statue, and one of the statue's nine eyes opened. The host then died due to the removal of their tailed beast. (Can only really be used in RPs, If used successfully in R.R the host is killed).

Bloodline Effect
- User gains the ability to see chakra to even a greater extent than the Byukugan. This renders any and all Clones useless.
- User gains the ability to understand, know, and learn any and all jutsu to include Hidden and Kekkei Genki based Jutsu.
- All Jutsu used has their chakra costs reduced by half the amount.
- User can modify their chakra nature types on the go allowing them to use any chakra. They can not have more nature points that what is allowed at their level. This can be used once a turn.
- The user gains the ability utilize the special paths.

Name: Kunai (x6)
Effect: When equipped, adds 10 speed to the user

Name: Shuriken (x5)
Effect: When equipped, adds 10 speed to the user

Name: Senbon (x10)
Effect: When equipped adds 10 speed to the user. Poison can be used to increase the effectiveness of this weapon.

Name: Smokebomb
Effect: When used, escape any attack. This can only be used once.

Name (1-ft) Nin-wire/Metal Threads
Effect: When equipped, you and your opponent's speeds are random rolled. If user wins, opponents speed is reduced by 10 for 3 turns. This item may be equipped again after using.
