Okay, so I need a banner for a site that I'm currently working on. I will set a deadline date eventually, but I don't want to give one at the moment, for that might discourage people.

I want a banner that has anime pictures of waiters and/or waitresses. It must be in color, and moving pictures will be discouraged. Because it is for a website, I'd like around the size of NNR's banner; slight ajustments to the size will be allowed.
