OK. So I got bored today and went around the fourms looking into things and what not and low and behold I found an intresting thread. It appears at one time the idea of making cards came out and what not. So I know I am not any type of artist, but I can Photoshop ok and since I figure most of the pictures for these cards would come from the anime or magna I could would them into cards. So here is my first and if this is something you would like to have the let me know. I know this is not a Jutsu card but I figure something simple first. Also, if this is something to have I would like and suggestions and what not.

Lolz... im reminded of Magic: the Gathering cards...

I thought of doing this once too with jutsus... but 3 things prevented me.

1. Too time costing to do.

2. Too many cards to keep track with... unless you actually just use 5 jutsus.

3. No way to keep track of chakra costs for jutsus...

Well that is where I got the basic idea for the card from. I don't play anymore(in the desert there is not many things that play cards) but I have play Magic, Pokemon, Star Wars, and the Naruto game. I could have based it off of any of these templates (I already have blank ones for Naruto and Magic ones I have created before from scratch). I have the time because I am still trying to find a job so there is plenty of time and once the base cards are there it is easy. I already have a thought on chakra cost placement for the cards. I'll work on a Jutsu card today and post it. It isn't like I have something better to do at least this will give me something to do then check the forums every 30 seconds.

Here is my Jutsu. The colors in the background for the text will be customized for the Elemental affinity it has if any. It currently has everything but flavor text.

And if there is no common need, can I use things like these as long as the have the same text as the texted based ones? I'll even post them here prior to using them, for approval or anything that may be needed.

I gotta say, I really like this idea. The cards wouldnt ecen take that long to make either. Id estimate bout 5 minutes in photoshop. Specially now that you have the template one made.

Yeppers, I am also working on a concept for a character sheet, minus items and jutsu since I am makeing cards for those. I should have it up in a couple of hours or so.

wow thats really creative. good idea, and really nice job with photoshop. It could take a while and more complicated jutsus probably wont fit, but if you simplify them you should be alright

COOL! I want one too!. Although... I'd like original art since the Naruto people might sue us if we use their images any further...

We should implement this... but I am just apprehensive that it will be too much work for everyone to need to find the card and post the jpg image each time he/she makes a move.

I wish we could update the system to make these cards easier to use...
