admins caught HARASSING or THREATENING another player of this forum RPG, will be INSTANTLY demoted if not banned.

This Includes Temporary admins, and yes even you bao.

if this decree was under effect when u got sued for harassing sasuke, ur ass woulda be outa here..

but to make sure it NEVER happens again, i have instituedthis rule..

ALL HEAD ADMINS AND WEBMASTERS ARE EXCUSED FROM THIS RULE.
