i am making a vote on the amount of jutsu we are allowed max.

REMEMBER.

the more jutsu allowed, the more ways a opponent can out smart you.

if we are increasing the total # of jutsu will we still keep the elite jutsu max at 1?

i say keep the same, 5 is enough, with 8 you will never run out of jutsu to use, and you will just replace those extra 3 with some crappy jutsu due to the fact you can only use 1 buff jutsu

1 Buff Jutsu, 1 Elite, 3 Powerful, 5 underland.

Rules:

Buff must be used before any other jutsu

Elite must be used only after atleast 2 other jutsu

Powerful are regular Jutsu

Underhand may be used twice in the same turn as long as they are not the same underhand,

Should jutsu use be co-related to the amount of chakra they have? I mean, if they use out their chakra, their risking simply loosing consciousness.

I guess this really has to do with jutsu use being successful or not. Dont we have a success counter?

And to make things better, Id also add that Chakra level should also co-relate to that person's age... other than in special situations.

10-25 yr 25 Chakra
26-35 yr 50 Chakra
... so on n so forth... just an idea

Maybe someone should make a comparison on canon characters so we would have an idea to how far or insufficient a Chakra amount would be...

Like if naruto having 2000 to infinate chakra having a Kyubi in him, how would it compare to rock lee only using Taijutsu...

Lets have a list of canon characters (naruto, sasuke, sakura) and have a list of their Chakra & Health limits with all the stats so we would have a fair comparison for other characters... if this could be done
