How to Judge on giving exp and Ryo, ive posted this because some people are getting way more then they should be getting, so judge your the people who finish a mission like this

Role Play Skills (Ability to not Control other characters, ability to have a good attitude and to do his best in RP)

Mission Size (Small gets less ofcourse, Big gets most ofcourse, and medium gets in between ofcourse)
