ok This is very simple...

1. You must use this format to chalenge some one

Name of Challenger:
Name of Person Being Challenged:
Reason Why you are challenging someone:
Do You agree to the current fee: [y] [n] (replace the letter with an X to select one

2. An Admin Will Verify it
-2.1 if an admin declines it due to your reason too bad, no arguing with the admin

3. Use a jutsu you have, as soon as an admin calculates damage you can go again. (if your an admin chalenging some1 else you have to have another admin verify it to be fair) *You cannot use people summons*

When you die you lose 1 lvl and half your money to the other person if they have under 500k, if they have 500k or More then you only get 100K from them

if you kill someone on your enemy list you gain 1 automatic level (and if you take them off we will take off your lvl) If you kill your best friend on the forum & your in uchiha clan, you will recieve a Mangeyko Sharingan!

If you dont want to be targeted you have to Put the Character Ekisan in your enemy list (got to profile friends thingy). This will only work sometimes

*New Rule Aplies since 4/10/08 - You cant chalenge anyone withing a 5 level difference*

*New Rules aplied Since 7/15/08 - you cannot summon people
