Commands:
Move Up - N/North
Move Down - S/South
Move Left - W/West
Move Right - E/East
Jutsu - Jutsu Name; Cast on
Rules : To Attack a Relic damage is based on STR Purely to be able to attack relic you must be at the spot were the words begin and must be aligned with the *. The Relic Can only be attacked by 1 User at a time.
Objects : There are Objects on the Field this is what they do-
T/Time - Gives You an Extra Turn for 2 turns
B/Bomb - Kills Enemy Farthest to you
M/Mine - Kills Enemy Closest To You
F/Force Field - Protects you're Relic 50 damage barrier
P/Potion - Recovers Your Health and Chakra Fully
R/Revive - When you die you will auto. Get revived.

War
~
1. Leader of Villages Agree on it
2. Date it set
3. A battle field is opened and users of that village use jutsu and select a target
3.1 - When a user is killed he is revived in 3 turns
3.2 - Village wars will be a long battle due to the facts being pointed out
4. A Map will be used and The Battle Requester will be on Left/Top while accepters will be on Right/Bottom.
5. To win you must destroy the opposing teams Relic (one in every village the health is desided by # of Villagers x 10 x 2 = Relic HP)
6. A Turn lasts everytime you move or attack
7.When You Win A War your rank goes up and your village has more access and more villager HP and Chakra plus every kill you make in Village Wars you lvl up 1 lvl.
8. If you take over an Hour to move your turn is terminated
9. you can set a jutsu at a target only if you are 1~3 steps away from them.

in 3 turns anti can move again.

wouldnt time warp be counted because in commands it says 'Jutsu - Jutsu Name; Cast on ' ?
