New Village War Rules Cleared

Subject: New Village War Rules *Cleared* Sun Aug 24, 2008 11:47 am

1. Only Kage Can Summon
2. A player may not use or direct a npc controlled by the player to use an elite after the player has used an elite.
3. You cannot use the same jutsu twice in a row
4. You can only move Up, Down, Right, or Left
5. You cannot attack and move at the same time
6. Stun Jutsu are limited to 1 turn
7. Some Traits Allow to move twice in a turn, they are usable every other turn
8. For Every Person on the Enemy Team Your Relic Goes up by 5,000 Points, (it starts off at 5,000) Max Relic HP is 25,000
9. Bloodline Traits Are activated using a turn
10. A Turn is 24 hours
11. You can attack if your three spaces away in any way (it can make an L shape or make an I shape or make a horizontal shape)
12. Each Box can hold 2 players from the same team only (meaning if Aigoro trys to get in my box and hes not in my team, he cannot)
13. All Moves are Final
14. U can Summon Puppets and Monsters while moving but you cant use them that turn
15. To Recover Chakra you have to Stay still and say "Recover Chakra" You will recover 15 Chakra Per Team Mate
16. You Win by Either Defeating a Relic or Killing Everyone on the Enemy Team
17. If the Team Leader dies, the Relics HP goes down by Half
18. If the Team Leader Does not Respond in 3 turns (144 hours) without a before hand reason the team loses
19. You are allowed a 1 week break each, if u go over the time your team auto loses.
20. If a Player does not respond in 24 hours he forfeits his turn
21. The Max Players Summoned at a time is 5
22. To Summon someone you waste 25% of ur chakra
23. If You Die, You Die, and cannot be re-summoned
24. Clones Move with You in your same square. If they are Hit or last longer then 3 turns they disappear.
25. If You have a clone copy jutsu where you make a copy of another person and the person has to be on your team. They too travel with you and their power is only 25% as strong as the normal character. You cannot make more then one at a time
26. For Fights where you are trying to un colonize your village there are no relics, the first team to get killed losses

and plus the 25% thing is way more then it should be, Do Naruto's Clones do 25% of his damage? no they do like 1%

Ah... Aigoro has a special Elite jutsu. that only applies to him. Therefore, you are weakening the Mori anyway you can so you can win. I know that your feeling the pressure so you do what you always do, cheat.

ok first of all aigoro's copy jutsu is an elite justu so that wouldnt effect him anyways, also aigoro is not in Mori

Nice try... Your only doing it so you can actually win in the war. Whats the point of playing if Akatsuki dominates all. Because they cheat.

alright how about we rephrase that eki, how about the clones have the jutsu of the player copied but the stats of aigoro and they cannot use the elite jutsu of the person copied, being as that would be technically using more that one elite jutsu a match.

These jutsus are unfair to me... I already have a big weakness with getting my clones gone when I get stunned... and I am only able to use my top jutsu once per the rules allow... so these rules really reack...
