humm... that gives me a good idea, you may attack them even if they decline, but if the person who disagreed wins they gain nothing and same, but you still gain rank if you win... so Anti if you want you may chalenge him of today. (thats how war is)

Btw bao we dont hate you, we had different opinions on you before, now its steady and you are maturing (i think?)
