TIME VILLAGE WAR SKILLS

These Skills are forbidden and are only allowed to be used in War and at times of great need. Even for your own safety you are not allowed to use these jutsu without permission.

*Village war special ability*
Messing With Eki's Revival Counter Nojutsu- Instantly Revives you, this may only be used once per village war per person.

THE JUTSU:

The Death Clock: The Death Clock may only be used once per war per person,
50% chance of death, but the opponent has a 100% chance to die in 5 turns.

The Age of Death: The Age of Death may only be used in village wars, you place a mark on a opponent and throughout the whole war every turn he loses 5% of his total health. Mark does not wear off when he dies and revives.

Time Blade: When Imperial time warp is activated it increases agility X4 and time skills do a extra 10 damage.

Imperial Time Warp
Agility is X3 and attack is X1.5

Time Jutsu Barrage
Does Atk X Agi + AgiX2 dmg

Time Blast
Defense X 5 dmg

SUMMONS

All Time players are allowed to summon Memory Demons and Time Dragon

IMPEREAL TIME DRAGON... Does Time Dragons Damage X2

IMPEREAL TIME DEMONS... Stuns for 2-4 turns and does 20 dmg

Declined... all jutsu stay the same in war.... u can make demon fighting jutsu thou but dont over power them or else ill drop them.

THEN THESE ARE REGULAR ELITE JUTSU, AND ONCE PER WAR IS CHANGED TO ONCE PER BATTLE.

uh if u mean elite by normal jutsu accessed to your village you've got to be screwing with me because those just pwn anyone at any lvl.

no by elite i mean only time ninja lvl 50 and up can use those, but by then theyll be even 1337er

we need to set chakra cost per jutsu...

and also i need help from tinnie so we both do it at the same time, or evenm u can help me. i do my hp first (now)

ya nice ill see to the chakra grading ... ill probobly make jutsu by ranks such as

D Rank Jutsu
Ninjutsu - 5 chakra per jutsu
Taijutsu - 5 health per jutsu
Genjutsu - 2 health and 3 chakra
C Rank jutsu
Nin - 15 chakra per justu
Tai - 15 health
Gen - 5 health 10 Chakra
